6. If your network has numerous VLANs, select Enable Virtual LAN Identification and enter the VLAN ID for the VLAN you want this switch to connect.
You can skip this step if your network does not have numerous VLANs.
7. Click the OK button.
The virtual switch is now in place. Now that you’ve set up a virtual network in your Hyper-V environment, you can start constructing virtual machines.
