- Click Finish to provide the user access to the directory.
Now that you have user accounts and a domain, you can share files. To do so, configure Serv-U to accept HTTP/HTTPS requests. After that, open a web browser and type in the Serv-U domain’s IP address. This will display a login screen. Login with your FTP credentials. Then you can download and upload files. Go to Domain Name > Domain Details > IP Access to see if your IP address is restricted. If your IP address is not whitelisted, you will not be able to log in.
