- Select Recent for files you’ve recently opened.
- For an inventory of files by type, select Image, Video, or Audio.
- For Android app files, select My files > Play files.
- To show more folders, click on the three vertical dots within the top right, select More, then Show all Play folders.
- Files will allow you to ascertain files stored in your cloud. For that, select the folder, like Google Drive. You’ll also add another cloud filing system.

- You can delete files within the Downloads folder, but deleting a file from your Downloads folder is permanent.
