- To begin, locate the Engineers Toolset LaunchPad in the Start Menu and choose it.
- After it has loaded, navigate to the IPAM/DNS/DHCP option on the left-hand side and select the DHCP Scope Monitor tool’s Launch button.

- Go to the Alerts tab in the DHCP Scope Monitor Settings window to get alerts.
- To make the status critical, reduce the number of IP addresses left. The tool has a value of 5 by default. If the DHCP scope has five or fewer IP addresses left, the status will be critical, seen in the Status column.
- Finally, you can use the Community Strings page to add Community Strings that will be preserved for future usage.
- You can manually poll the scopes at any moment using the Refresh button if you want.
- By choosing the Export button, you may also export the scan findings to various file formats.
